How much does the conference cost?

The conference, including a light breakfast, lunch, and appetizers, is entirely free!

I didn't pre-register but still want to come - is that ok?

Definitely. Pre-registration is only for the roundtables.  The lectures and panel are all free and open to the public.

Can guys attend also?

Absolutely. 

What is the appropriate dress for the day?

Casual.

Will I get the chance to ask questions and talk with speakers?

Yes! One of the greatest parts of the conference is that all speakers will be taking questions and many will be staying for the reception.  They've told us how much they're looking forward to talking with students, so come curious!

I'm from way out of town - is it still possible to find a place to stay Friday or Saturday night?

For undergrads from the MACR who are pre-registered, we may be able to find you a dorm room to crash in. But availability is very limited, so please let us know as soon as possible.

I can only attend one or two events - is that ok?

Of course.  We'd love it if everyone could join us for all the events, but we know that may not be possible.  Come to what you can- don't miss out just because you can't make them all!
